Microsoft has declared that it has withdrawn its bid offer to takeover Yahoo Inc. The decision came in the wake of a meeting that took place in Seattle, Washington where Yahoo! CEO Jerry Yang turned down Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer's offer of $33 a share and added that Yahoo! would not accept any bid below the price of $37 a share. More……
